He co-founded Tank Design (UK), working with brands including Citizens Bank, FedEx, and Facebook, and consulted for agencies on rebrands for Vodafone and Credit Suisse. On the client-side, he built product and UX teams from scratch for venture-backed and corporate organizations, including Experian, where he established the UK's UX/CX function and as Head of UX/CX reported directly to the board and senior management.

Over a decade in structured and distressed finance as a Director at Barclays and at Deutsche Bank, with deep expertise in asset-backed lending, portfolio financing, and systematic trading. Jesus co-built a fully automated digital asset trading system with a multi-year live track record. Jesus’ work is in combining both traditional finance and crypto infrastructure connecting the accessibility and transparency of DeFi.

Alfredo is a Project Leader and Blockchain Solutions Specialist building secure, production-grade blockchain products across Ethereum and EVM-compatible networks. He has led the design and delivery of Safe-based infrastructure, DeFi platforms, transaction execution layers, and blockchain microservices — working full-stack across Solidity, Node.js, Python, Rust, and React. He specializes in smart contract development, multisig flows, and token operations, bridging on-chain logic with user-facing platforms. Recently expanding into AI-driven automation and data systems to complement blockchain infrastructure. Alfredo has held senior roles at Wisefy, VoxoDeus, Omni, Inc., PAID Network, Kuwai Developers, and PDVSA Petróleos de Venezuela S.A.

Over 25 years' experience in leadership roles in capital markets and digital assets, managing trading desks in multiple assets, including equities, derivatives, and commodities at companies including ABN Amro, Freepoint, NatWest, and Credit Suisse. Wendi has launched funds in commodities, built a tokenization platform in the digital asset space at Atomyze, and was COO and Board Member of BankWyse, a digital asset chartered bank.

Gyula leads the design and operation of the firm's systematic trading infrastructure, including strategy development and back-testing, execution and real-time monitoring across centralised and decentralised venues. Previously at Deutsche Bank, Gyula built trading and analytics systems for the Corporate and Investment Banks and Chief Risk Office, processing 10M+ trades daily across FX, fixed income, and securities services, under regulatory scrutiny from the SEC, KPMG, and EY. Earlier, he held senior roles at Tesco, Tesco Mobile, and Deloitte, leading data systems processing 100+ billion records.

Jesse is a fintech and digital assets operator with over a two decades of experience across institutional trading and corporate venture capital. He held trading roles at KCG, Jefferies, and Susquehanna before moving into emerging technology and venture, serving as SVP of Strategic Initiatives at Citi Ventures and later leading strategic investments for Ally's Corporate Ventures arm.

Corporate and financial regulatory lawyer with over 20 years' experience spanning traditional finance and digital assets. Elena practiced at Freshfields and Shearman & Sterling in London, before spending over a decade at The Royal Bank of Scotland leading complex transactional and regulatory work. She was most recently COO of Eunice.ai, where she was instrumental in building and scaling an AI-powered digital asset regtech platform from the ground up. Elena brings deep, cross-disciplinary expertise across finance, AI, and digital assets regulation.
