Parabolik Welcomes Elle Tzvetinova as General Counsel

Elle brings 15+ years in key roles in financial services law and building at the intersection of crypto, regulation, and AI. She spent over a decade at NatWest, most recently as Managing Legal Counsel, leading legal work through Brexit, bank ringfencing, and the bank’s blockchain and fintech initiatives, including Carbonplace, a multi-bank blockchain carbon credit trading platform. Before that, she practiced at Shearman & Sterling LLP and at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, advising on M&A, securities, and financial services regulatory matters across jurisdictions.

She moved client-side as a founding team member and Chief Operating Officer at Eunice AI, taking the company’s AI-powered digital asset due diligence and regtech products from concept to market, and onboarding institutions including OKX, Copper, and Crypto.com.

The integration of regulatory and compliance with product and commercialization is exponential with Elle in-house. Her broad expertise in all things Web3, AI, and regulatory makes her invaluable to product development.
